100 Days of Real Food is a blog and website written by a mother who fed her family whole/real foods for 100 days and has continued as in best efforts to do so. With lots of information ranging from recipes to what tools she uses in her kitchen, I've spent hours reading up on whole foods and how best to include them in everyday meals.
The Big Carrot is an organic co-op food store located in Toronto, with great prices and a variety of food items it's a favourite location for me

Durham Organics is an organic food service within the Durham Region of Ontario that will deliver organic fruits and vegetables right to your door (provided you live in the Durham Region). You get to customize your own baskets with the foods you prefer, and the cost is low, especially since you don't have to spend the time searching out the organic foods and of course the gas to get to the organic food stores.
Eat Right Ontario is a provincial website with tips on eating healthy, with my favourite part being the menu planner and many checklists and spreadsheets for free download
The Truth About Horse Slaughter in Canada is a document which presents the findings of inspections done at various Canadian horse slaughter houses- the results are terrible!
